This policy explains what the Raisoni Campus Care app (“the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is provided by Raisoni Education for reporting and tracking maintenance issues across its campuses.
1. Who this app is for
Raisoni Campus Care is an internal tool for students, faculty, staff and maintenance personnel of Raisoni Education institutions. You sign in either with your Raisoni Education Google account, or — for the maintenance team — with a mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or continuous background location. We do not use the app for advertising.
3. How we use your information
- To create, assign, track and resolve maintenance complaints.
- To notify you (SMS, email, push and in-app) about the progress of your complaints.
- To allocate work to maintenance staff and measure how quickly issues are resolved.
- To keep the service secure and diagnose problems.
4. Camera, photos and location permissions
- Camera / Photos: used only when you choose to attach a photo to a complaint.
- Location: read only at the moment you submit a complaint, and only if you grant permission. It is used to record where the problem is — nothing more.
- Notifications: used to alert you to updates on your complaints.
You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in your device settings.
5. How your information is shared
Your data stays within the Raisoni Education maintenance system. It is visible to:
- The maintenance staff assigned to your complaint;
- The Administrative Officer, Campus Director and administrators of your own campus;
- System administrators of Raisoni Education, for support and security.
We use trusted service providers strictly to operate the app — an SMS/OTP provider, an email provider and push-notification services (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. Data retention
Complaint records and their history are retained for as long as needed for institutional record-keeping. If your account is removed, your name and contact details are dissociated from active use, though past complaint history may be retained in anonymised or reference form for audit purposes.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access is controlled by role and restricted to your own campus where applicable.
8. Children
Raisoni Campus Care is intended for members of Raisoni Education institutions and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside this context.
9. Your rights and choices
- Access or correct your profile details from within the app.
- Request deletion of your account — see Account & Data Deletion.
- Turn off notifications or revoke camera/location permissions in device settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
