Terms of Use

By using the Raisoni Campus Care app you agree to these terms. The app is an internal maintenance-management tool provided by Raisoni Education.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• The app is for members of Raisoni Education institutions — students, faculty, staff and maintenance personnel.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Sign-in is through your Raisoni Education Google account, or a one-time password sent to the mobile number held against your account. Do not sign in on behalf of anyone else.

2. Acceptable use

• Report only genuine maintenance issues. Do not file false, duplicate or abusive complaints.
• Use the emergency feature only for real emergencies.
• Only attach photos that are relevant to the reported problem and that you are permitted to share.
• Do not attempt to access data or campuses outside your authorisation.

3. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (complaint descriptions, photos). You grant Raisoni Education a licence to use that content to operate the maintenance service — routing, resolving and record-keeping.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance or security.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Raisoni Education is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or withdrawn if these terms are breached or when your association with the institution ends.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
